If you are not 100% satisfied, we will refund your purchase price within 30 days of receiving your posture curve. You are responsible for paying the postage to return the item(s). Please contact Posture Curve for a return authorization approval and we will email you the address to return your product.

If any items are returned, they will need to be returned in the original condition in which they were received. No refunds will be accepted for any product that incurs any damage after it is received by the customer.

Any defective products will be promptly exchanged.
